Image Guarantee Limited is the sister-company through which ARC provides image guarantee services to its clients.

An “Image Guarantee” is defined as an insurance premium paid by the client to protect them from any claim(s) that may arise from their exploitation of a named image, during an agreed term.

ARC (through Image Guarantee Limited) may offer an Image Guarantee in the event of a third party or copyright owner being untraceable, or where there is no known owner of relevant rights.
